CORE POLICY Items that require a core (trade in) are items that have been remanufactured and are sold on exchange value basis. CORE VALUE IS INCLUDED IN ALL BUGPARTS REMANUFACTURED PARTS.(usually listed on the shopping cart,if not please email us) When your new exchange parts are installed,your core value may be redeemed by first contacting Bugparts to issue a UPS call tag for your used parts.We will need your invoice number and invoice date.Sorry,absolutely NO core refunds after 90 days! Cost of shipping to Bugparts will be deducted from the core value.You will be notified upon reciept of cores and if they are acceptable as such (i.e.bent,broken or damaged beyond repair).All core refunds are sent out at the end of every month,or can be used as credit toward other purchases.Thank you for useing Bugparts remanufacured parts!
